A Fall Morning in Cannon Beach
Cannon Beach takes on a beautiful stillness in the fall. This morning was all about simple pleasures: warm layers, coastal wandering, and the joy of watching our dogs run free.
Savannah and I ventured out West with Archie and Annie on an unforgettable road trip. Cannon Beach was a highlight, with a cool fall morning that was one for the books. I woke up at 3:00am to go capture some photos of the stars. Just a few short hours later, at sunrise, I noticed a herd of Elk grazing right where I had my camera and tripod set up. I’d like to think I got out of there just in time before finding myself between a rock and a hard place.
